One group that defines this to a T is Roosevelt Franklin, so I was very happy when Thos sent me the link to The Masterminds, another group of Kimani Rogers who recently put out a new album.

Roosevelt Franklin is one of those groups that if the person you are speaking to knows of them you can be pretty much assured that you can trust their taste in music.
