There are a lot of people for whom many common protocols and knowledge are completely beyond their comprehension. I’ve started referring to these people as being bad at life (BaL). I’m sure you’ve interacted with BaL people. Here’s a summary list of their common traits:
- Does not understand zone boarding on plane.
- Does not understand the concept of lines.
- Uses “quotes” when not needed.
- Decides the time to find change for a toll booth is when they are at the gate.
- Despite waiting inline for fifteen minutes, still has not decided what they want to order.
