Why Buzzfeed Thrives and Google+ Struggles

I just read this pretty fascinating post about Buzzfeed and I can easily see how it applies to Facebook (with Groups) and Reddit (with Flair) and why Google+ is struggling because Circles are personal and Google+ doesn’t allow for users to claim identities.
