Another week. The two big ones this week are arguably The Knife and James Blake (please don’t get confused with James Blunt and also don’t be afraid when you suddenly hear the Rza’s voice on a track). There’s also Trek Life’s Hometown Foreigner on the consistent MelloMusicGroup label. The rest is kind of a gamble depending on your taste, from London meets Nairobi with the Owiny Sigoma Band to Olsen Totoro‘s “introspective but club-ready beats then this is for you” (Bleep.com) and Vondelpark who seems sort of like a more pop (?) take on James Blacke. Yea.
